Kate Spade Fall 2015

COLOUR PALETTE: A bright mix of floral prints
INSPIRATION: Author Roald Dahl’s children’s literary characters
LOCATION: A presentation where attendees were able to get an up-and-close look at the designs

Kate Spade’s 2015 Fall collection made us dream of Autumn in London. A subtle boarding-school-vibe-all-grown-up was felt in the plaid shift dresses, wool coats and collared blouses. Details of fur and bows stood out on almost every design.

The collection was incredibly styled by Brad Goreski using multiple elements and accessories. A full look seemed to be comprised of no less than 5 pieces and allows for wearers to be creative.

We could not get enough of the wide legged cropped trousers paired with leather loafers, a plaid wool poncho, long, quilted leather gloves and a simple plaid purse. The pink wool coat with black strapless jumpsuit and alligator clutch is a favourite nighttime look.
