New Years Eve can be such a fun evening. It’s the perfect excuse to dress up, pop some champagne, put on silly party hats and celebrate with friends. But since everyone is out on the town, there needs to be a few guidelines for December 31 festivities. Nothing wrecks a great night out like trying to find a cab in the freezing cold, so our golden rule: wherever we ring in the New Year should be close to home.
If you’re like me, you’re more than happy to be somewhere cozy with your man on New Years Eve. Since Homer Street Cafe is so close to us, it’s the perfect location to get the best of both. We can enjoy a delicious 4-course dinner with friends and be home with a bottle of bubbles from Ruffino wine before the craziness of midnight. Celebrating with the person that means the most to you is what New Years Eve is all about anyways.
2016 has been a wonderful year for Style Calling, and I can’t wait to continue this journey with you. We’re scheming up plans for the 2017, including traveling, blogging, vlogging and so much more. No matter where you’re ringing in the New Year, I hope you’re celebrating in style – even if your style is pjs and party hats!
